Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

2. These terms

These Terms of Service apply when you use our website or place an order with us.

Please read them before ordering. By placing an order, you confirm that you accept these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products

We take reasonable care to describe and display our products accurately. Product packaging, colours and appearance may occasionally differ slightly from photographs shown on the website.

Please read the product information and usage instructions before using a product. Stop using a product if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. If you have a medical concern, seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional.

4. Orders

After you place an order, we will send you an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

A contract between you and us is formed when we confirm that your order has been accepted or dispatched.

We may refuse or cancel an order where:

• the product is unavailable;

• payment cannot be authorised;

• pricing or product information contains an obvious error;

• we suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity; or

• we cannot deliver to the address provided.

If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, we will refund the amount paid.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.

Delivery charges, if applicable, will be shown before you complete your order.

We may change our prices at any time, but this will not affect an order that we have already accepted.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied.

6. Delivery

We will deliver to the address provided during checkout. You are responsible for checking that your delivery details are complete and accurate.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, although we will take reasonable steps to keep you informed.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you will normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to the exceptions provided by law.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain opened or used products may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return where their protective seal has been removed. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

8. Faulty or damaged products

Products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose and as described.

If a product arrives damaged, is faulty or is not as described, please contact hello@furleysfootcare.com with your order details. Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms.

9. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions and expiry dates.

Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash, applied retrospectively or used with another offer. We may withdraw or amend a promotion where reasonably necessary.

• to transmit viruses, malicious code or harmful material;

• to interfere with the operation or security of the website;
